Qualification Requirements
Business Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account with QBConnects, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold a valid business license or registration certificate

Provide a reseller permit or VAT registration number

Operate a physical or online retail business

Have been in business for a minimum of 1 year

Documentation Required

All applicants must submit the following documentation:

Completed wholesale application form

Copy of business license or VAT certificate

Reseller or tax documentation

Business references (if applicable)

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

Bank transfer (BACS)

Wire transfer

Company cheque

Net 30 terms (subject to approval)

Payment Requirements:

The first wholesale order must be prepaid in full.

Net 30 payment terms are available after 20 successful transactions.

Late payments incur a 5% monthly service charge.

Returned or failed payments are subject to a 20% processing fee.

Allow 2–3 business days for account verification and approval.

Upon approval, receive access to wholesale pricing and ordering.

Place your first prepaid wholesale order.

All resellers must comply with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines.

Brand integrity and accurate representation must be maintained in all listings.

MAP Policy
Minimum Advertised Price

QBConnects enforces a strict MAP policy across all platforms.

Current MAP lists are issued monthly to approved wholesale partners.

Online and in-store pricing must not fall below the designated MAP.

MAP Violations

First violation: Written warning

Second violation: 30-day suspension

Third violation: Permanent termination of wholesale account
No exceptions will be made regarding MAP enforcement.

Account Maintenance
Requirements

Annual review of your wholesale account and business documentation.

Minimum annual purchase volume must be maintained.

Continued compliance with QBConnects’s wholesale and MAP policies.

Account Status

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may be suspended.

Reactivation requires updated documentation and review.

QBConnects reserves the right to terminate accounts at any time for policy violations.
